Privacy Policy - User Privacy and Data Usage

Shanna D (shannad.com) respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

  • Orders: your name, email, shipping address, and the artwork you upload, so we can make and mail your stickers.
  • Contact form: your name, email, and message, so we can reply.
  • Email list: your email, only if you check the sign-up box.
  • Payments: handled by our secure checkout provider. We never see or store your full card number.

Free calculators

Nothing you type into our pricing calculators is sent to us or saved. The math happens in your own browser, and no email is required.

Your artwork

We keep your design on file for future orders. We may show photos of finished orders in our marketing. Email us if you would like yours left out.

Sharing

We don’t sell or share your personal information. We only use trusted services that help us run the shop, such as our website host, checkout provider, and USPS for delivery.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, update, or delete your information, or to take you off our email list, at any time.

Kids

This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
